“…and be ye thankful.” (Colossians 3:15)

“A truly thankful heart can never be overwhelmed by adversity nor crushed by sadness; a thankless heart can never be content, never truly happy.”

Give thanks to God and make every day one of thanksgiving. Follow the example of Our Lord Jesus Christ Who always gave thanks to God the Father before taking so much as a morsel of bread. Above all, the greatest gift that Christ has given to us—Himself in the Blessed Sacrament. We honor and appreciate the Holy Eucharist (the very meaning of which is thanksgiving) by devoutly attending Mass and lovingly receiving Holy Communion as often as we are able.
